Before you start
Is the exam voucher included?
No. Exam registration and the voucher are purchased separately, directly through the certifying body (ISACA, ISC2, CompTIA or Microsoft, depending on the exam). Forge University is exam prep only, and vouchers are not part of any course, bundle or Training Bank offer.
Does Forge University grant the certification itself?
No. Only the certifying body can (ISACA, ISC2, CompTIA or Microsoft, depending on the exam). Forge University prepares you for their exam; the certification itself always comes from them.
How does the AI Coach work?
The Coach is grounded in the specific lesson you're studying, so it answers real questions about that material instead of giving generic responses or leaking content from lessons you haven't unlocked yet.
How does a Training Bank work?
Commit any amount to fund your organization's Training Bank. You become the account admin immediately, invite employees by email, and assign them courses with nothing for them to pay. Every course drawn from the balance is billed at your locked-in discount tier: 20% off at $10,000+, 30% at $25,000+, 40% at $50,000+. Under $10,000 is still a valid account, just without a discount yet.
Do I have to pay the whole commitment up front?
No. Pay in full at signing or spread the commitment over 4 quarterly payments. Your discount tier locks in at signing either way. The MSP Tech Bench Bank is the exception: it is paid in full at signing, with no installment plan.
What happens to unused Training Bank balance?
It isn't forfeited at year's end. When your organization renews its Training Bank at the same tier or higher, any unused balance rolls into year 2, good for one year of rollover.
What is the MSP Tech Bench Bank?
A fixed $5,000 Training Bank account for MSPs, with 10% off every course you draw from it. It's paid in full at signing and selected on the Training Bank signup form.
