It files the noise and keeps the people
Each new message is deduplicated, checked against your VIP list, then classified. Vendor bills and receipts are copied, not moved, to a folder for each vendor. Newsletters, routine notifications and cold outreach are filed. Money movement, legal matters and unknown senders who look like real people are never automated; they stay in your Inbox.
Every action has an undo
ActiValet can only move, copy, tag, mark read or draft. Each action is recorded with enough detail to reverse it, and one click puts the message back. A supervised dry run shows you what it would do on your real mail before it does anything.
Built for the MSP that serves you
ActiValet is multi-tenant from day one: partner, then client company, then mailbox, with isolation enforced in the database. Partner and platform staff never see mail content by default. Any support access is time-limited, approved by the client and logged. A partner portal and white-label branding are coming next.
Coming next: a morning digest and draft replies
A daily digest will show what needs you now, what is waiting on your approval, alerts worth a look, a spend watch on vendor bills, and counts of what was handled for you. After that, ActiValet will draft replies in your voice and save them to Drafts, tagged "AI Draft". Drafts are never sent.

What is ActiValet?
An AI valet for your Microsoft 365 (Outlook) inbox. You see only what needs a human; ActiValet files the rest with actions you can undo.
Can it send or delete my email?
No. The service has no permission to send mail and no code path that sends, and it never deletes mail. The only thing it removes is a copy or draft it created itself, when you undo that action.
What if it files something important?
VIP senders are never filed away from your Inbox, security and sign-in notices are never silently filed, and low-confidence messages stay in the Inbox. If something is misfiled, undo it from the action log with one click.
Who can read my mail?
ActiValet sends the AI only what it needs to classify a message, and it never stores message bodies. Each company's data is isolated in the database. Partner and platform staff never see mail content by default; any support access is time-limited, approved by you, and logged.
Does it work with Gmail? When can I get it?
Today ActiValet works with Microsoft 365 only; Gmail support is planned. ActiValet is in early access. Request early access and we'll tell you the day it launches.
