ActiMend
The expensive part of IT support isn't the fix. It's the investigation.
ActiMend works through the RMM you already run. Its first stage, ActiScope, is a read-only investigator that returns evidence-cited findings and an AI Endpoint Health Check.
Built for: MSPs and MSSPs running Datto RMM, with ConnectWise to follow.
Root cause, with evidence
ActiScope hands your engineer a findings report: the root cause, a confidence level, the evidence, and the next step. Every finding cites a record ID, file or measurement.
Read-only by design
ActiScope cannot change an endpoint. It runs only approved, read-only collectors from an allow-list, and it has no tools that act.
Works through your RMM
ActiMend runs through the RMM you already use. Datto RMM comes first, with ConnectWise next.
The investigation, without the remote session
Your engineer names the device and the symptom. ActiScope runs read-only collectors as RMM jobs on the Windows endpoint, reads the output, forms hypotheses, and researches the event IDs, drivers and bug-check codes it finds. Then it writes the report, so your engineer starts with the answer instead of the log trawl.
Guardrails you can explain to a client
Collectors redact user names, paths, emails and IP addresses before anything leaves the device, and a second check re-scans every output and flags any collector that leaked. Research accepts only event IDs, driver names and versions, and bug-check codes. The AI never gets a browser. A finding without cited evidence is dropped from the report.
Coming with ActiScope: the AI Endpoint Health Check
ActiScope will sweep every device at a site and produce an executive report on failing disks, crash-prone drivers, update failures and unstable applications. It gives a prospect specific, evidence-backed findings about the machines they run today.
What comes after ActiScope
Later stages build on the same engine. ActiMend Remediator will run fixes only from a catalog of signed, tested scripts, verify the result, and roll back on failure. The ActiShield SOC analyst will triage alerts from tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Huntress, Datto EDR and Microsoft 365, and recommend containment.
Questions
Before you start
What is ActiMend?
A family of AI capabilities that works through the RMM you already run to find, diagnose and, later, fix endpoint problems. The first stage, ActiScope, is a read-only investigator that returns evidence-cited findings.
Will the AI change anything on my clients' machines?
Not ActiScope. It is read-only: it runs only approved collectors from an allow-list and has no tools that change an endpoint. When Remediator arrives later, it will run fixes only from a catalog of signed, tested scripts.
Which RMM and endpoints does it support?
ActiScope investigates Windows endpoints managed in Datto RMM. ConnectWise support comes next.
What happens to my clients' data?
Collectors redact user names, paths, emails and IP addresses before output, and every output is checked again for leaks. Event text is treated as data only, and the investigator has no tools that act, so text inside a log can't make it do anything.
