Add your vendors and their billing SKUs, roll them into the billing SKUs you sell with a flat labor cost, and bundle those into plans. You name your own plans, SKUs and vendors. Costs can vary by size, and each plan carries its own term discounts.
Model a client before you quote
Enter quantities and see monthly cost, price and gross profit for each plan. A term table shows the price at each contract length, and a multi-year projection runs flat or with an annual cost escalation you set.
Vendor bills in, costs updated
Upload a vendor billing report as CSV or Excel. AI matches each line to the SKUs in your catalog and proposes the new unit cost. You review every proposed change, and nothing is written until you apply the ones you checked.
Connected to Autotask
Connect your Autotask account and map your catalog to its Products and Services. Plans whose SKU code matches an Autotask Service exactly are linked for you. You can also push vendor billing SKUs into Autotask as new Products, with their cost.

What is ActiPrice?
A multi-tenant tool for MSPs and MSSPs that models the true cost and price of the managed-services and managed-security plans you sell, replacing the pricing spreadsheet with live margin and multi-year what-if analysis.
Can I use my own plans and SKUs?
Yes. Each MSP defines and renames its own plans, billing SKUs and vendors. Nothing is hard-coded to someone else's catalog.
Does it work with my PSA?
ActiPrice connects to Autotask today: it maps your catalog to Autotask Products and Services and can push vendor billing SKUs into Autotask as Products.
Can other MSPs see my costs?
No. ActiPrice is multi-tenant from day one, and every record is scoped to your organization in the database, so no MSP can see another's costs.
When can I get it?
