ActiForge Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information actiforge.ai collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
ActiForge, a division of Securafy, Inc., an Ohio corporation, 6100 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 200, Independence, Ohio 44131 ("ActiForge," "we," "us"). Contact: support@actiforge.ai.
2. Our two roles
- For this website and your account with us, we decide how your data is used (we are the "controller" or "business").
- For data you or your organization put into an ActiForge Product (your prospects, clients or learners), we process it for you under our agreement with that organization. Questions about that data should go first to the organization that gave it to us.
3. What we collect on actiforge.ai and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis (EU/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| What you type into our contact, product-interest and "notify me" forms (name, email, the product you're interested in, your message) | To answer you. Each submission is saved and emailed to our sales team. | Legitimate interests (responding to your request) |
| What you type into the HubSpot forms on our partner, referral and webinar pages | To register you and follow up | Legitimate interests, or consent where a form asks for it |
| Messages you send to Stacey, our AI assistant | To answer your question (see Section 4) | Legitimate interests |
| A coded (hashed) form of your IP address | To limit how many chat messages and form submissions can come from one place, which stops abuse. We don't store the IP address in readable form. | Legitimate interests (security) |
| Purchase details when you buy an ActiForge Growth Stack | To take payment and set up your products. Stripe hosts the checkout; we never see or store your full card number. | Contract |
| Analytics and advertising cookies | See Section 5 | See Section 5 |
4. AI
Stacey, the chat assistant on this site, is labelled as AI and tells you she can make mistakes. Your chat messages go to Anthropic's Claude model to generate a reply. We don't save chat conversations in our database. Anthropic does not train its models on them, and keeps them for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring before deleting them. Stacey doesn't make decisions about you.
5. Analytics and advertising cookies
If you accept cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how our site is used, HubSpot to recognize returning visitors and connect visits to form submissions, and Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn tags to measure and target our advertising. These providers receive information about your visit (pages viewed, device and an identifier). Under California law this may be "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. These tags don't load until you accept. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out. We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Who we share it with
Service providers that run this site, each bound to protect your data and use it only for us:
- Vercel: hosting, logs and blog images
- Supabase: our database for form submissions and staff sign-in
- Resend: sends the lead notification emails to our sales team
- Anthropic: the Stacey AI assistant
- Stripe: payments
- HubSpot: forms and visitor recognition
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: analytics
- Meta and LinkedIn: advertising
- Vimeo: embedded videos
Payment records also go to our internal billing system, which tracks commissions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or in a merger or sale of our business, with notice to you.
7. Retention
- Form submissions: 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
- Chat: not stored by us. Anthropic keeps chat messages for up to 30 days (Section 4).
- Coded IP addresses used to stop abuse: kept 2 days (today and yesterday), then deleted.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Analytics: as set in each provider's retention settings.
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data in a portable format
- correct it
- delete it, subject to records the law requires us to keep
- stop or limit certain processing
You can also withdraw consent at any time. California residents can also opt out of sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We won't discriminate against you for using your rights.
To use any of these rights, email support@actiforge.ai. We confirm your identity first and respond within 30 days (45 days under California law, extendable once where allowed). If we decline, we'll tell you why and how to appeal. EU and UK residents may complain to their data-protection authority.
9. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We'll post changes here with a new date, and email account holders about material changes.
