STACEY fixes what's safe, and logs every change
After each scan, STACEY sends a domain's DMARC reports to ActiScan and adds TLS-RPT on its own. It does that only once you switch it on, only within the client's service tier, and only on verified domains. Every change lands in Auto-fix history, where one click undoes it.

Before you start
Does STACEY cost extra?
No. STACEY is part of every account, on every domain. Its automatic fixes stay off until the account owner switches them on, and each client's service tier sets how far it can go.
What does STACEY do without asking?
Only fixes that can't stop mail: sending a domain's DMARC reports to ActiScan and adding TLS-RPT. It does that only once the account owner switches it on, only within the client's service tier, and only on verified domains. Everything else, like DMARC step-ups and other record changes, it proposes for a person to approve. Every change it makes is logged and can be reversed.
Why do you need a card to start the free trial?
So there's no second signup step when your trial converts. You're never charged during the 30-day trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
What happens past 30 domains?
Add 5-domain packs at $15 each, which is $3 a domain. The price per domain stays the same whether you manage 31 domains or 600. Packs follow how many domains you monitor, prorated either way.
Are some features kept for a higher tier?
No. There's one plan, and every account gets every feature. You pay for how many domains you monitor, plus hosted records for the domains you choose to host.
What are hosted records?
ActiScan can serve a domain's DMARC, SPF, MTA-STS and BIMI records itself. The client points those records at ActiScan once, and every later change is made in ActiScan with no access to their DNS. It's optional, $3 a domain a month, billed in 5-domain packs of $15. A domain counts once however many of the four records it hosts, packs follow what you host automatically, and it's free during the trial.
Is there a limit on how much email you'll analyze?
No. DMARC reports are processed however much mail your clients send.
Do my clients need their own ActiScan account?
No. Clients see a PDF report, a no-login share link or the monthly report email, all under your brand. Only you and your team need ActiScan logins.
What does ActiScan charge when my clients buy online?
1% of each client payment. Clients buy your service tiers on your own signup page and pay into your own Stripe account; ActiScan's 1% is taken from that payment.
